Introduction

If you need to find a book on a particular legal topic, this guide to legal treatises will provide you with several of the most important titles in each subject. Links to Hollis subject searches provide additional titles.

Where available, it is noted if the treatise is available on Lexis and/or Westlaw. Please keep in mind that this availability may change without notice. To find a title, use the Find Sources tab in Lexis and the Directory in Westlaw.

If you can't find what you're looking for, remember to ask a librarian!
